@ Len: Thanks, glad you're finding the blog helpful. You have to eat like a mad man to gain weight... and it is challenging. I eat the most calories on my workout days and the days immediately after (although slightly less.) On the third day or non training days I lower my carbs a little bit. Then spike my carbs and calories high again on the next heavy workout day. Seems to work pretty well. Add olive oil, flax seed oil, peanut butter and other fats to your diet to jump your calories up. Take in a ton of carbs before, during, and after your workouts. In fact, eat as much as you can for the next 2-3 hours after your workout. This will really help!

you are doing a great job sir. really inspiring. i'm actually an ectomorph too. i thought before that it's just my self theory that i lose weight if i don't exercise until i read your blog that confirms all my self theories. now i don't feel much down whenever people tell me to eat a lot (even though that's what i've been doing) 'cause i'm so thin, i actually learned to accept my body and work harmoniously with it. your blog is really helpful.

Brandon,
Wow you certainly have a lot figured out in the health industry! Good story with inspiring progress.

I see you're into the laws of attraction. Have you heard of Louise Hay? I wrote this article out of your exact statement "Back Pain Sucks" and it was inspired by Louise http://dreamosity.com/fifteen-affirmations-to-help-relieve-back-ache/

I would love any feedback you have. I'm still new to blogging and you seem to have it down.

Thanks!

Brandon, Pretty open story about your challenges in the early years. Glad to see that you have not only overcome your disconnected spiritual existance to helping others find their spiritual path. Keep up the good work! Dad
