Mate, what a great reply.
It's so clear. And yes there is nothing stopping us but those 3. You can be anywhere and in any situation and still have power. I have recently become so centered that i have discovered a power when you keep you're attention or consciousness within yourself and not completely to others, or let it be taken by others. Being centered and present is the key, in other words being fully concious. From here we take the wheel, we can go where WE want. And amidst all the stormy waves we can keep calm.

Feeling is the key and action is the, well action, it's the fun the journey. Action is the rollercoaster. It's senses, it's real.

Anyway thanks again and i hope many people see your posts, it's helped me for shizzo.

See ya pal,

Your welcome. Yes, you got it... except you must also take action on what you are learning and programming into your mind. Knowledge is not enough. Knowledge becomes wisdom through application.... and application is necessary for you to see results. Remember this from the article= Beliefs >>> Thoughts >>> Feelings >>> Actions >>> Experience. All of these form a chain of creation. If one is out of wack, your results start to suffer.

To emit energy from your heart and soul is just another way of saying you must create a strong feeling or vibration of emotion. Some people say emotion = energy in motion.

The easiest way to do this is to feel a deep sense of appreciation or gratitude. If you want to become stronger... be grateful for the strength you currently have as you work to improve. If you want to become wealthy... appreciate the abundance of wealth you currently have and you work to be of more value to others. Many people have way less than you. Wealth is a relative concept... just a perception of your own mind. You could have nothing and still experience a deep sense of abundance!

Another tip is to imagine "how you would feel" if you had already achieved your goal. How would you feel if you were muscular and strong??? If you want to be happy... be happy... what's stopping you from experiencing that emotion right now??? ONLY your mind or a lack of desire or will! ;)

Hey Brandon. Thanks for the reply. It has really illuminated alot of things for me. I reckon being conscious is a gift, whatever we keep programing into our subconscious minds somehow manifests into the world. I've had many experiences to make this a truth for me and not just philosophy.

I will definately check out your 3 part blog on the subconscious mind. thanks for putting that up by the way for everyone to see.

Just one more question. How do you emit energy from your heart and soul to fuel the specific affirmations and positive self talk, in order to really impress a new thought, idea or image onto your subconscious mind?

Thx again :)

Hey Taddeh, thanks for the comment. There's many methods for breaking negative and limiting beliefs that hold you back. Awareness is the first step. And by awareness I mean becoming aware of the power of your beliefs and how and why they effect you're reality. Awareness also means to pay attention to how you talk to yourself and the thoughts that flow through your head. You must become conscious of how you speak to yourself and your overall outlook or perception about yourself and the world around you. We view the world through filters of our own mind, experiences and level of conscious awareness. Meditation is a great agent for promoting awareness.

After you have increased your awareness to some degree, you should also work to reprogram your subconscious mind and beliefs by talking positively to yourself, encouraging yourself and accepting and loving yourself as you are. May sound stupid, lame or weird to some... yet you have to build your own self-worth and esteem from the inside and not by seeking it outside or through the approval of others. Also use positive affirmations in the morning and in the evening. These are simply positive declarations of your intent... such as... "I love my body and feel amazing." or "I love having the perfect male physique." or "I power through my workouts and am getting stronger every day." When using these... look to create an image in your mind and a positive emotional feeling that tie in with the words. Simply repeating words over and over will do nothing. It's the energy vibration that you are emitting from your heart and soul that create positive change.

Yes, I had a lot of limiting beliefs that have been holding me back. You discover them through increased self-awareness, monitoring your inner self-talk, and through continued reading and learning about beliefs, subconscious mind, and law of attraction. Great questions and I hope this helps! ;)

PS: If you haven't already... read my 3 part series on Harnessing the Power of Your Subconscious Mind

Hey mate, i also believe that belief has the power to transform worlds however i'm interested to know how you broke those beliefs that held you back, "i'm a hardgainer" and "i get injured", and created new ones which helped you along your path.

Also were there any limiting beliefs that you didn't know existed but found them and changed them? If so how were these discovered?
Cheers

Thanks Gaz! I really appreciate that and I'll keep going. It's definitely not easy, but the journey is making me a better man in the process.

Take care. ;)

I used to run a gym and seen 100's of those who didn't achieve much. From what I've read you got the knowledge and skills. I hope you'll keep on that track. Your reflections are really inspiring.

Thanks for the comment Binaraga! Glad the quote inspired you. That's an interesting quote by Muhamma Ali, he was a great champion and I never knew he hated the training. You might enjoy this post I did featuring a quote and image of Muhammad Ali. http://hardgainermusclebuilding.com/blog/2009/06/29/character-values-of-a-champion/

Thanks for the complements and take care.
