Brandon Cook’s Body Transformation

This is the place where I will give you an inside look into my training, nutrition, and daily life as I embark upon a journey (read: train my ass off) to evolve myself physically, mentally, and spiritually.  

The intention of my training regimen is to:

 Strengthen and transform the body through intense weight training, conditioning and quality nutrition. 

Awaken and enlighten the mind by continually learning through books, DVD’s, seminars and real world experience.

Cultivate the power of the spirit through Tai Chi, Zen Meditation, and the art of Non-Resistance.

I will be documenting the entire training process here on this page as I train to build muscle and rapidly transform my body and my life. As a naturally skinny ectomorph, it’s my desire and full intent to make an amazing and inspiring hardgainer transformation.

My official start date was November 30th, 2009 and will cover the next six/seven months through the end of May/June 2010. 

As I go through the process I will tell you what I’m doing and lay out the program. I plan on posting daily updates (minus the weekends) that focus on my training, nutrition, and daily activities. The daily updates will also open with a Thought of the Day and a featured article by one of the physique coaches on the website.

In addition, I will be providing weekly progress updates that include pictures, charts, and measurements to detail the progress being made from week to week.
