Thought of the Day:

“You develop confidence by making a habit of doing what is impossible for you. That`s it in a nutshell. Day 100 of My Transformation Journey:

Aaawwww One Hundred Days have passed since I started this journey. I can’t believe it’s been 100 days already. The muscle gains started off a little slow, but things are quickly picking up. In fact, this evening the scale read 168.2 lbs.

I’m putting on some muscle, but I’ve noticed my waist creeping up from when I first started. I started with a 31″ waist and now it is 34.5″, so I plan to start incorporating a little cardio and conditioning exercises soon. Not sure if I should do that now or start adding those in in April. We’ll see.
